Former UCC Chemistry PhD student on RTÉ's Science Squad

Former UCC Chemistry PhD graduate, Micheál O'Dwyer, appeared last night on RTÉ's Science Squad series.

Micheál, who completed his PhD under the supervision of Dr. John Wenger in the Centre for Research into Atmospheric Chemistry in UCC, currently works for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In the programme, he speaks about the EPA's new Air Quality index which has highlighted some interesting facts about our air quality and its impact on our health.
