Congratulations Professor John F. Cryan appointed UCC Vice President for Research and Innovation

The staff of the Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience congratulate Professor John Cryan and wish him continued success and happiness as after ten years as Head of Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience he now takes up his recent appointment as Vice President for Research & Innovation at UCC
Staff of the department met recently on a socially distanced Zoom party to celebrate Prof Cryan's 10 years as head of Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience and Professor of Anatomy and his recent appointment as Vice President for Research & Innovation at UCC.
The Zoom meeting organised by Professor Aideen Sullivan who has taken over in the role as the Head of Department saw a great turnout of staff to share memories of the past 10 years and remember the changes, innovations and contributions that Prof Cryan made in the Department in his time as Head of Department.
Professor Aideen Sullivan thanked Professor Cryan for his great leadership and wished him every success in his new positon as Vice President for Research & Innovation at UCC.
