Cryan to lecture at the Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas at Dallas

The Dallas Morning News interviews Prof Cryan in advance of his lecture at the Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas at Dallas. The final lecture of “The Brain: An Owner’s Guide” series.

“We personify our emotions in our gut, “not only does our gut influence our brain, but our brain influences our gut, ”he explains to Lesley Barker of The Dallas Morning News. “This is a very exciting area, it’s really life changing. There’s a paradigm shift in brain health. In the future, we may be able to manage stress by targeting something in our guts”.
