It was a busy day for the Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience at the UCC College of Medicine and Health Summer conferring ceremony with five graduants being conferred with PhDs!

Dr Sarah Alturkustani supervised by Dr Mutahira Lone and Professor Siobhain O'Mahony Dr Brendan Sharvin supervised by Professor John Cryan, Dr Adam O'Mahony, supervised by Professor Ger O'Keeffe, Dr Maria Giovanna Caruso supervised by Professor Yvonne Nolan and Dr Clara Deady, supervised by Professor Siobhain O'Mahony all joined together for a photograph to celebrated their sucess. Congratulations to all!

Graduates Dr Clara Deady and Dr Sarah Alturkustani took the opportunity along with their supervisors Professor Siobhain O'Mahony and Dr Mutahira Lone to pose for a photograph with the UCC Mace and Mr Don O'Mahony as he returned the historic mace to the UCC President's Office after the Summer Conferrrings.
