Specific guidelines to support inclusive practice for those involved in Peer Support:

  • Do I avoid making judgments or assumptions about students?

  • Do I listen to students about their needs?

    • They are the expert in the obstacles they face

  • Am I aware of what resources are available to students so I may guide and advise them appropriately?

  • Have I considered digital accessibility in my documents and communications?
