Examining the effects of Graduate Trauma-informed Practice Education on Child Welfare Professionals
In this webinar Dr Maria Lotty presented the findings of Phase 1 of the TARA project, a study that evaluated the effects of a UCC graduate level trauma-informed care program developed for child welfare professionals.
The TARA Project, is a collaboration between the Dublin South Central (DSC) Area of TUSLA, Child and Family Agency and University College Cork, which seeks to integrate trauma-informed practices across the DSC area. For more details please go to TARA Project | University College Cork (ucc.ie)
The webinar was hosted by the ISS21 Children and Young People Research Cluster. Professor Maggie O'Neill (Director of ISS21 and Collective Social Futures) provided the opening remarks and Dr Deirdre (co-convenor of the ISS21 Children and Young People Research Cluster) chaired the event.
