It is of great benefit to students to establish a banking connection as soon as they arrive on campus. Staff in the Bank of Ireland understand students' financial arrangements and can offer financial advice suitable to students' needs. In order to open a bank account you will need your passport/driver’s licence/national I.D. and proof of home address. Proof of Irish address will be confirmed by the University.

Bank of Ireland have set up an online system for students (EU and North American) to open the account through your own device. 

The bank is located in Áras na Mac Léinn/Student Centre. ATM cash dispenser machines are also located in Áras na Mac Léinn/Student Centre and in the Main Restaurant. Information on the service provided by Bank of Ireland and the bank’s opening hours is available at http://studentcentre.ucc.ie/.
