To me dancing feels like I am alive, flying and free. Find out for yourself what contemporary dance can be. Try out new ways to express yourself and move through space. Find your balance, go off-balance, fall and recover, spiral, turn, jump and fly. What is it that moves us in life? Together we build balance, strength, flexibility and coordination in a joyful way. We feel more aware and ready for almost anything!  We learn choreographies and devise our own movement phrases with self-expression, confidence and creative choice being key.
