CIRTL host “Spark Your Teaching” introductory event for Postgraduate Teachers

CIRTL hosted a one-day workshop for postgraduate teachers on the 5th September 2019.
The day provided postgraduate students who teach with the opportunity to engage with some theoretical and practical learning before teaching began. The workshop also highlighted the significant role postgraduate students play in the learning and teaching environment of UCC, contributing to and supporting our mission of delivering an outstanding learning and teaching experience for all students. Attendees also participated in a workshop focussed on appropriate responses to students in distress, hosted by Marian Browne, Student Health and Counselling.
