IT Services showcase at UCC Good Practice Symposium

The Quality Enhancement Unit organised and hosted The Good Practice Symposium on 23rd May, with over 50 case studies showed on the day. A fantastic showcase of good practices across UCC. IT Services was well represented on the day, with 3 case studies, including:

• Creative Services UCCTV: We Are UCC; Re-igniting campus life post pandemic. Presenters: Max Bell and Ruben Tapia.
• The Digital Advisory Centre: Digitising Forms and Processes. Presenters: Rory O'Toole and Marian Twomey.
• IT Inclusivity Committee: Integrating Inclusivity throughout IT systems, structures and staff. Presenters: Claire Crowley, Kilian Murphy, Noelette Hurley and Myles Corcoran.
