In Detail is a series of public conversations that focus on specific artworks. Inviting academic experts from different backgrounds and pairing them with a GLUCKSMAN curator, these sessions provide an opportunity to focus on works in the exhibition from an unusual perspective. This season, we invite an academic response to the exhibition 2116: Forecast of the next century.
Dr Reidy is lecturer in the Department of Government, University College Cork. Her research interests lie in the areas of electoral behaviour and public finance. She has been co-editor of Irish Political Studies since 2012 and a co-convenor of the Voters, Parties and Elections Specialist Group of the PSAI. Her current projects include research on the June 2015 marriage referendum in Ireland and a study on electoral management practices in established democracies.
