Visit the Department of Music at UCC's Open Day for a taste of our vibrant musical community!
The department will be open from 11.30am. The Head of Department will welcome you at 12.45pm in Ó Riada Hall, and you will hear information about the entrance exam.
We have performances taking place in various rooms around the building, including the Seomra Gamelan (basement level), the ensemble room (Studio, basement level), and the Annie Patterson Seminar Room (second floor). You will hear pop, jazz, Javanese Gamelan, Irish Traditional Music, Traditional Chinese Music, and more!
Tours of the building will take place throughout the afternoon and will begin in Ó Riada Hall.
There will be a free shuttle bus from UCC's main campus to the department building on Sunday's Well:
