Dr. Tom Kelly to receive Outstanding Lecturer Award

Dr. Tom Kelly from the School of BEES will be awarded the SEFS Outstanding Lecturer Award for 2012.
The student-nominated award will be presented to Dr. Kelly later in the Summer.
This is the second year in a row that a BEES academic has received the award - Prof. Peter Jones picked up the award for 2011.
Head of School of BEES, Prof. John O'Halloran commented: "This is a great achievement and we are delighted for Tom that his hard work and passion for his subject has been highlighted by his students.
"It is Tom’s third teaching award – he has already secured one from Medical School, the UCC President’s award for Innovative forms of teaching and now the SEFS award!"
