BEES @ UCC Open Day

The University College Cork Open Day took place last Saturday, 8th of October and the School of BEES took over much of the ground floor of the Western Gateway for the occasion.
With geological, zoological, botanical and other specimens and equipment on display, visitors were able to get a hands-on introduction to the work of the School.
Students and staff were on hand to answer questions and provide information on the school's research and teaching activities and we held a large number of talks throughout the day which were well attended by potential students, their parents and teachers.
