Legislation
The Regulations extending the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997, to University College Cork were signed into law on 22nd October 2001 and became effective from 1st October 2001.
The Freedom of Information (Amendment) Act, 2003, was signed into law on 11th April 2003.
These Acts were replaced on 14 October 2014 by the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2014
