The Office of Corporate & Legal Affairs (OCLA) is a central administrative office of the University playing a key role delivering on its strategic agenda, by providing a reliable and facilitative governance framework, which meets evolving statutory requirements and stakeholder expectations
The Corporate Secretary, who is head of OCLA, exercises the dual responsibility of supporting the Governing Authority and the President, as well as, supporting the University in upholding the highest standards of governance, including risk management, probity, accountability, and compliance by ensuring effective, open, transparent, and accountable processes
