Abigail Lane: Interim Financial Analyst

Biography:

Abigail holds a BComm and an MSc in E-Commerce from UCC in 2002. From there she worked in the funds' industry in Dublin and qualified as an accountant with ACCA in 2005. Abigail has since attained a higher diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards and a higher diploma in Project Management from the Irish Project Management Institue. 

Abigail comes to the College of Business and Law with a wealth of both Industry and University financial experience. She spent five years working in the funds' industry and was the Financial Reporting team supervisor in Bank of New York Mellon before joining UCC Research Grants and Contracts office in 2007 as the Assistant Manager. She joined the Agresso project team in 2010 as the systems analyst and project managed upgrades to the financial management system along with developing and enhancing reports to aid financial analysis. Abigail joined the College of Business and Law as the interim Financial Analyst in June 2016.
