Mode of Teaching Delivery and Timetables College of Business and Law
On 29 April 2021, the government made an announcement to a commitment of a significant increase in on-site further education and training, higher education and research from the beginning of the next academic year 2021/2022.
To comply with government guidelines and to ensure the safety of both our students and staff, a framework is currently being developed which will allow students and staff to return safely to UCC.
In accordance with the Government’s directions, it is expected that the vast majority of people over 18 in Ireland will be vaccinated by the commencement of semester 1, 2021 therefore planning is in process for as the resumption of as much on site-activity as possible within Public Health guidelines.
Lecture/tutorial arrangements for Semester 1 are in preparation. Information on timetables will be published on CANVAS. Students should check their student email and Canvas for alerts about lectures/tutorials.
Current onsite research activities will continue as outlined in the guidance on the UCC Covid-19 web pages.
The UCC libraries remain open as they have done throughout the Covid emergency in providing this important resource for our students, staff and researchers. Details of services can be found at the following link:-
Details of Campus Services & Amenities such as restaurants and cafés are contained in the tables on the UCC Covid-19 web pages. Please note the situation is still evolving and these pages will be updated as more information becomes available
