BEES Fieldcourse Reports: Millport and the Burren

Fri, 5 Oct 2012

Students and staff in the Burren. The start of the academic year marks a busy time for BEES staff and students, not least because we run a number of residential field courses at this time.

4th year students have recently returned from the Landscape Conservation and Management field course which took place in the Burren, Co. Clare as part of the AE4012 module. Other students have just completed the (ZY4020) field course in Temperate Marine Biology at Millport Research Station in Scotland.

You can read reports on how the students got on (and see some photos) on the BEES Research Blog. There are also more photos on the BEES Facebook.
