EDI Unit facilitating Focus Groups as part of the SoM Athena Swan Application

As part of our application, the UCC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Unit will be conducting two in-person focus groups on behalf of the School with the intention of providing supplementary data to that already identified. The feedback from the groups will be critical in informing the Action Plan for the School moving forward, ensuring a more diverse and equitable workplace for all.  

The focus groups will be held on Tuesday, 20 June 2023 at 10am and 11.30am in ORB145.

They will be facilitated by an external facilitator with specialist expertise in the area.

An invitation to express interest will be issued based on the supplementary data sought. If you cannot attend the focus group but would like to feed in your views, please email your feedback to the Athena Swan Project Officer, Sarah Murtagh (smurtagh@ucc.ie).

Feedback will not be attributed to participants, but rather provided to the SAT at an aggregate level.
