NUI Travelling Studentships, 2011
Four Travelling Studentships of 3 yrs for NUI Humanities and Social Science graduates. The Scheme aims to encourage the NUI's best students to pursue research and to enable them to undertake doctoral research abroad. While Studentship holders have traditionally registered abroad, one can also study for a PhD within the NUI, if the research programme involves a substantial period or periods of research abroad.
See http://www.nui.ie/awards/postgraduates.asp for details.
The closing date for applications is Friday, 25 March 2011.
NUI graduates of Italian and/or Film Studies who wish to pursue doctoral research in the Department and whose programme would involve substantial periods of study abroad should contact the Head of Department, Dr Mark Chu (mchu@italian.ucc.ie) in the first instance.
