Mindfulness in the Garden, 13th November

UCC Community Gardens is a food-growing initiative that respects agro-ecological techniques, promotes DIY problem solving and is open to all.
UCC's mindfulness coach Maura O'Neill will be leading a lunchtime mindfulness session in the garden on Tuesday the 13th for half an hour.
