1916: Old Perspectives; New Rows

Keynote speaker Professor Diarmaid Ferriter, University College Dublin

will be joined by Dr. John Borgonovo, School of History, University College Cork and by Professor Emeritus John A. Murphy, University College Cork.

 

This is the first event in the programme  'Remembering 1916' which has been organised by the Church of Ireland Diocese of Cork, Cloyne and Ross and St. Fin Barre's Cathedral as their joint participation in this Year of Centenaries. Dr. Michael Murphy, President of UCC, will introduce the speakers and the discussion will be chaired by the Right Reverend Dr. Paul Colton, Bishop of Cork, Cloyne and Ross.
