Greenshoots Changemakers

The Greenshoots team is officially looking for participants for the peer-to-peer element of the overall programme: Greenshoots Changemakers.

This programme is designed for students who want to take environmental action but would appreciate some guidance and support.

The three-step programme involves:

1. Get confident - through training in effective communications, event organisation and preventing burn-out. Participants will learn about how environmental justice issues are systemic, but a ground-up community response can have incredible impact.
2. Take action – participants make their vision for effective environmental action a reality.
3. Share knowledge – participants support a peer in the steps above.

Participants who spend 20 hours engaging in Greenshoots Changemakers will be invited to write a short reflection on their experience to gain an Employagility Award, which looks great on a C.V. aimed towards any sector - not just environmental. Interested students can sign up here
