Dr James O'Sullivan receives UCC Research award
Dr James O'Sullivan, School of English and Digital Humanities, has received UCC's Vice-President for Research & Innovation Award for Interdisciplinary Research.
The award was presented yesterday evening as part of the annual UCC Research Awards hosted in Devere Hall. Dr O'Sullivan received his award from Prof. John O'Halloran, President of UCC, and Prof. John Cryan, Vice-President for Research & Innovation.
The event also featured an address by Dr Catherine Day, former Secretary-General of the European Commission and chair of the Governing Body of University College Cork.
Dr O'Sullivan has been recognised for his internationally recognised work in digital humanities and digital literary studies.
