The 2017 National Sustainability Summit was held at the Citiwest Convention Centre in Dublin on January 31st. This year's theme was: Securing Ireland's Future. Prof. John Sodeau gave a lecture about the responsibilities that scientists, journalists and the public hold in protecting the role of science in a post-truth world. The talk was called "Facts , Fables and Fantasies about Climate Change".
