74th Irish Universities Chemistry Research Colloquium

The 74th Irish Universities Chemistry Research Colloquium took place this past week in University of Galway.

PhD students from the School of Chemistry were in attendance, many of whom presented posters and gave presentations based on their research. Among these were Robyn Keogh and Aoife Carroll, both of whom won prizes based on their presentations, and Keith O'Shaugnessy who won a prize for his poster.

Congratulating the winners Prof Anita Maguire, Head of School said “Well done to all the UCC PhD students who presented their research at the Colloquium this week. Congrats to Aoife, Robyn and Keith on winning prizes for best presentations and posters - it is great to see the excellence of our PhD students recognised among their peers at this all island event.”
