Applications Open for UCC Men’s 1st Team Head Coach Position

UCC Soccer club is currently seeking a highly motivated Head Coach to lead the Men’s 1st team in the National Football league and Third level competitions for 2026 season.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing winning strategies and tactics, as well as the ability to inspire, motivate and develop players to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success as a Head Coach in a football club.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Ability to integrate/recruit students into 3rd level teams and develop players.
- Will have a track record of creating a high performing, positive team culture and environment.
- Ability to manage/oversee performance team services provided by UCC for performance teams.
- Ability to schedule and plan for all competitions.
- UEFA Licence or equivalent coaching qualifications.
