Foras na Gaeilge Grant

Congratulations to Dr. Ciara O'Toole who is now the proud Principal Investigator on a new project, funded by Foras na Gaeilge (Irish language Board). The grant is for €27,675 to be rolled out 2011-2013.

The project is to gather normative data for the Irish test Ciara developed (the Irish CDI test) as part of her PhD. She will be gathering data across Gaeltacht regions (Connemara, Donegal and for some research in Belfast and Munster). The funding will cover research assistants, equipment, travel costs and some conferences. Dr Tina Hickey in UCD is a co-investigator on the grant.
