Three projects funded under Collective Social Futures Interdisciplinary Research Funding Scheme
Three projects recently received seed-funding under the UCC Futures - Collective Social Futures Interdisciplinary Research Funding Scheme.
Informed by the need to respond to emerging and changing societal challenges locally and globally, this seed-funding scheme is aimed at bottom-up initiatives and collaborative interdisciplinary work led by Social Science/Arts and Humanities researchers.
Funded projects:
- Dementia Lifeworlds. PI: Prof. Kieran Keohane, Department of Sociology & Criminology.
- Visualising Transformative Justice Together: A participatory arts-based approach to building an all-Island Transformative Justice Network. PI: Dr Katharina Swirak, Department of Sociology & Criminology.
- The ethics and epistemology of health risk communication. PI: Dr Bengt Autzen, Department of Philosophy.
