UCC Closure Due to Snow

Due to adverse weather conditions classes/labs etc. will end today (Wednesday Feb 28) at 3pm.
The University will be closed from 6pm this evening – all night classes are cancelled and UCC will remain closed tomorrow, Thursday March 1, due to anticipated worsening weather conditions overnight.
A decision about whether or not the University will open on Friday will be taken at lunchtime tomorrow and an email will be issued to all students and staff on Thursday by 2pm at the latest.
Information will also be posted on the UCC Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/universitycollegecork and on UCC Twitter https://twitter.com/ucc as well as the UCC home page www.ucc.ie.
The University hopes that all staff and students stay safe during the extreme cold weather and heed the advice of Met Éireann and local authorities.
