There’s a treat for gluten-free diners this week at Electric

See ya later, gluten!

Whether you have Coeliac disease or you follow a gluten-free diet by choice (many people feel healthier when they avoid certain grains) there’s about to be even more variety when it comes to enjoying a meal sans gluten in Cork.

Peroni Gluten Free has teamed up with some of Ireland’s best restaurants to host Gluten Free Restaurant Week and Electric, everyone’s favourite art deco eatery on the South Mall, is taking part.

Finding interesting menu options that don’t contain gluten can be a challenge, but this week Electric’s gluten-free diners will be rewarded for ordering the GF dish; each order will arrive with a complimentary bottle of Peroni Gluten Free beer.

Electric will be serving mouth-watering monkfish wrapped in Parma ham – a completely delicious choice whether you’re gluten-free or not. The special will be on the menu at Electric from today until Sunday, February 11th.

If you haven’t tried it, Peroni Nastro Azzurro Gluten Free has the same delicate balance of bitterness and citrus aromatic notes as Peroni Nastro Azzurro, as well as the trademark refreshing, clean finish – but simply contains no gluten.

It’s also certified and endorsed by the Italian Coeliac Association, so you can enjoy it without worrying about any sneaky gluten getting into your system.
