Former UCC Student and Mitchel Scholar Publishes Second Book
Winnie M Li had her second novel COMPLICIT published in the UK and Ireland to fantastic reviews. The Observer/Guardian calls it ‘visceral and timely,’ and The Irish Times calls it ‘a spellbinding novel that transcends the immediacy of its #MeToo backdrop to deliver a broadside against the movie industry.’
You can watch her Times Radio interview with Mariella Frostrup here: https://youtu.be/Fg8ZcF0WejQ She will be next speaking about COMPLICIT on The Ryan Tubridy Show on RTE Radio 1 on July 12 at 9:25am GMT, and on BBC Radio 5 Live with Nihal Arthanayake on July 13 at 2pm GMT. COMPLICIT is out in the US on August 16. Read The Guardian Review.
