Masters Studentship Available

Masters by research opportunity available.

Applications are invited for fixed-term studentships (annual value of €18K, plus fees) from suitably qualified candidates who wish to undertake a MSc within the Materials Chemistry and Analysis Group in the School of Chemistry.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a closely related discipline. Exceptional students may be upgraded to a PhD studentship after 12 months.

The project will involve synthesis, characterisation and applications of composite nanomaterials. Candidates will work with collaborators within the CRANN and AMBER research centres based in Trinity College Dublin. Ideally, applicants will have experience or knowledge in nanomaterials synthesis with the ability to work independently and work effectively within a research team.
