FOR WINNING 1ST PRIZE IN THIS NATIONAL COMPETITION
The HH Stewart Scholarship and Prizes is the largest group of awards made by NUI, with competitions in twenty medical and healthcare subjects. A Scholarship of €1,000 and medals for First and Second places are awarded in each subject.
This is the first year that the award has been made to Speech and Language Therapy. In 2010, the Scholarship in SLT was judged by an Extern Examiner based on the final-year dissertation of the BSc in Speech & Language Therapy in UCC and NUI Galway.
