The Johnson & Johnson WiSTEM2D Programme aims to fuel development of the female STEM2D talent pipeline by awarding and sponsoring women at critical points in their careers, in each of the STEM2D disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing and Design. This programme was introduced in the College of Science, Engineering and Food Science in UCC in 2018 and has been instrumental in supporting our female students through a range of intiatives including leadership training, mentoring, internships, bursaries, and CV/recuitment clinics. Take a look a this short video to find out more about UCC WiSTEM2D.
