Sophie Healy-Thow featured in Irish Independent

Sophie Healy-Thow was featured in the Irish Independent, on December 23rd, for her pioneering work on rural development and food security.
Sophie is a 2017/18 Quercus Active Citizenship Scholar and is studying International Development and Food Policy. Sophie was part of the winning team at the European Youth Agricultural Summit 2017 in Brussels. Sophie's team were given €10,000 to develop their idea, Agrikua, which is an online social enterprise aimed at helping women in agriculture in developing countries.
