Ronan Byrne Wins Again!!

Congratulations to Ronan Byrne, Quercus Sports' Scholar, on winning the Cork Sculling Ladder for the 3rd year in a row at the weekend –fantastic achievement!!
The Cork Sculling Ladder concluded this weekend with a very exciting race on Sunday, 2nd April, involving two UCC students, Dan Begley who studies Chemical and Process Engineering and rows for Shandon Boat Club, and Quercus Sports' Scholar, Ronan Byrne who studies Nutritional Sciences and rows for UCC Rowing Club.
The course was 1700m from the Blackrock end of the Marina upstream towards the city, finishing 200m above Lee Rowing Club and was won by Ronan Byrne for the 3rd year running.
Mighty job Ronan!!!
