Joanne O'Riordan speaks at International Conference on Learning Cities

Joanne O'Riordan, Active Citizenship Scholar, was one of the key note speakers at the third International Conference on Learning Cities.

Joanne spoke with eloquence and humour in front of 500 delegates from across the globe at the opening ceremony of the conference on Monday 18th of September in Cork City Hall.
