Clement Rieux completed a 9-week internship in the laboratory of Professor Ken O'Halloran. 

Clement received training from Dr. Jasionek and performed metabolic enzyme activity assays on muscle samples from established models of respiratory disease. In addition, in collaboration with Professor David Sheehan, Clement performed 1D and 2D electrophoresis on muscle samples with a focus on redox changes in muscle protein. Professor O'Halloran commented: "Clement was a most welcome addition to my research group. He performed work to a very high standard and was an excellent ambassador for his academic programme in France. We wish him continued success in his future ventures". A bientot...
