Colm McElwain joins Dr Cathal McCarthy's team at UCC

Colm McElwain, a PhD candidate recently joined Dr. Cathal McCarthy’s group. Colm completed his MPharm in RCSI and BSc. Pharmacy in Trinity College Dublin before recently completing his MSc. in Clinical Research in NUIG. Colm joins our work on the HRB-funded COMRADES Study looking at the role of mitochondrial dysfunction and inflammation in Pre-eclampsia and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
