Daniel wins best talk at the Microscopy Society of Ireland meeting!

The Microscopy Society of Ireland recently held its annual symposium at the Tyndall Institute, Cork.

UCC Palaeo Group PhD student Daniel Falk was awarded the “Microscopy Society of Ireland Best Oral Presentation Award” for early career scientists, for his presentation “Microscopy, spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence reveal a new model for the preservation of Eocene frogs”.
