Biography
She is a member of the Romanian judiciary at Bucharest Tribunal and PhD researcher at the Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest, Romania, commercial law, with research theme “Communication, cooperation and coordination in cross-border insolvency”. She has 23 years of experience, as following:1996 - 2004 – lawyer; 2004 - present – judge (insolvency and bankruptcy law specialisation from 2011). She is a Fellow INSOL International 2018, Fellow European Law Institute 2017, member of INSOL Europe Judicial Wing 2018 and member INSOL Europe 2014. She followed The INSOL International Global Insolvency Practice Course 2017-2018, the INSOL EUROPE High Level Course on Insolvency Law in Eastern European Jurisdictions 2017-2018, Bucharest, The Postgraduate Course in International Insolvency Law Distance Learning, Nottingham Trent University - Law School. She is a graduate of Bucharest University, Romania. She has been a participant and expert at several national and international conferences and seminars.
