Dr. Jennifer LL Gant
Biography
Dr Jennifer L. L. Gant is the post-doctoral researcher on the JCOERE project. Her personal research interests are specialised in Employment and Insolvency Law. She has published articles, books and book chapters on the intersection between corporate rescue and employment protection from a number of comparative perspectives. She is an experienced researcher and has taught seminars on methodology and research to undergraduates and post-graduates alike. She has used the comparative law method throughout her research career, which is of particular use to the JCOERE Project, to which she brings her multi-jurisdictional comparative insolvency law experience as well as her familiarity with non-legal issues impacting legal regulation and functionality.
