Launch of two new books by ISS21 members
ISS21 recently celebrated the launch of two new books, both published by Routledge.
The 'Irish' Family, edited by ISS21 Director, Dr. Linda Connolly, was launched by Dr Maire Leane at an event in the Staff Common Room on 9th December 2014. The book will also be launched at a symposium in Dublin hosted by the Sociological Association of Ireland on 9th January 2015.
The Politics of Compulsive Education, by Dr Karl Kitching (School of Education), was launched by Professor Alastair Christie on 12th December 2014, as part of a day-long event on Anti-Racist Social Justice Praxis.
Both books are now available from the Routledge website.
