An implementation plan will be developed for the University-wide implementation of the changes for GDPR. The plan will detail how the following will be achieved:

• creating awareness of GDPR across the University;
• communication of new/amended policies and procedures;
• rollout of forms, templates and guidelines;
• general and tailored training of staff.

The plan will be implemented in collaboration with the Steering Group, Working Group and Data Protection champions.
