Data Processor Contracts
An External Hosting procedure is in place within UCC to enable compliance with current DP regulations where a Data Processor is hosting personal data on behalf of UCC. As part of the information gathering for the Personal Data Register, DP champions will be asked to provide details of any Data Processors used by their area. Pre-existing contracts will be reviewed to determine whether a supplemental contract is required. New contract clauses will be developed for the various types of contract being entered into with Data Processors. Templates will be developed for areas, such as procurement and IT, who regularly agree these contracts.
