Postgraduate Diploma in Dairy Technology and Innovation

Great to have the students from our Postgraduate Diploma in Dairy Technology and Innovation on campus last week! An intense week with the Thermal Processing course with Dr Mike Lewis, Prof Seamus O’Mahony, Prof Alan Kelly and Nial Mullane, the Sustainability in the Dairy Sector module with Dr Aylin Sahin and the SDT Conference!
