Internationally Renowned Professor Douglas Goff Delivers Ice Cream Science and Technology Course
The Food Industry Training Unit (School of Food and Nutritional Science) recently welcomed Professor Douglas Goff from the Department of Food Science, University of Guelph, Canada.
Professor Goff delivered his highly anticipated 3-day intensive Ice-Cream Science and Technology Course to 33 students from across the world. As well as comprehensive lectures on all frozen desserts, students also experienced live sensory tasting session demonstrations along with personal contact with the trainer and industry colleagues.
