Revitalise has been developed to support mature professionals, whose careers have been affected by job loss or job changes, and who wish to revitalise their careers.

The course will take place online as a webinar hosted by UCC’s FoodlineUCC platform, each Thursday and Friday in March and April from 12:30 to 14:00.

Trainers

Lorraine Shine

Lorraine Shine is a Career & Executive Coach and a Corporate Trainer. She is MD of Career And Interview Success. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR & German. She qualified as an Executive Coach in 2009 and has a Level 6 QQI Train the Trainer qualification. She previously worked in the recruitment industry for 18 years.

Lorraine provides training support to the Rejuvenate programme run by UCC and Taste4Success Skillnet which supports professional women who have taken a career break in returning to the workforce. 

 

Joanne Uí Chrualaoich

Joanne is passionate about talent realisation and development. Over 15 years of experience in evidence-based human capital planning, transversal skills development, and training leadership for high-potential professionals within and beyond the Food Sector. Award-winning and recognised both nationally and internationally for organisational, team and individual level excellence in learning and development and learning management for non-traditional learners, including work-based, life-long and life-lasting education. Skilled in talent programme development and customer relationship management in the higher education and food sectors. Additional experience in programme management and evidence-based analytics and strategy for education.

Dr Joanne Uí Chrualaoich

She has extensive interests in the impact of training in the workplace and workplace skills competency models. She has over 15 years’ experience training young professionals in the Agri food sector. 

Joanne currently delivers courses on  

  • Leadership in the agri-food and marine sectors
  • EDI, bias and discrimination
  • Career development
  • Communication and Storytelling for a range of publics
  • Professional effectiveness and performance management
  • Time management
  • Project management
  • Mentoring in the agri-food and marine sector.

She recently ran across the Ica desert (Peru) and has previously completed the world's toughest footrace (Marathon des Sables). She is a qualified coach, referee, and technical delegate. She is a trustee (board member) Dyslexia Association of Ireland.
